WHY STRONG FOUNDATIONS?
There is a great difference in working with Strong Foundations and hiring a staffed personal trainer at your local fitness club. Many trainers at staff gyms will often set clients up on a generic exercise program and/or nutritional guides. Strong Foundations does not believe in the “one size fits all” mentality when working with clients. The ideal exercise and diet program for an individual may depend on many factors: age, body size, sex, and genetics. With Strong Foundations, a professional trainer will work with you continuously to develop the best workout specifically tailored to your Individual goals and needs. Strong Foundations’ trainers will use scientific protocols and the latest fitness knowledge, in order to deliver intensive and progressive training, nutritional guidance and encouragement for each of your training sessions.
